2

 Where do you service?

Can you install throughout the Northern Rivers?

3

Yes. We provide professional installation throughout the Northern Rivers. For larger projects or locations outside our standard service area, installation can be discussed as part of the project scope.

Do you work on renovations and new builds?

4

Yes. We work across renovations, new builds and completed interiors, and can coordinate with designers, architects, builders and other trades throughout the project.

For new builds and renovations, we can become involved early to assist with specifications, recessed tracks, electrical requirements, measurements and installation planning.

Can you work directly with my client?

5

Lead times vary depending on the product, project scope and stage of the build.

Custom soft furnishings, curtains and blinds are generally completed within approximately 4–6 weeks from deposit and final specification approval.

Custom shutters generally require approximately 8–9 weeks.

For renovations and new builds, timelines are coordinated with the wider construction program, and we work alongside the builder and relevant trades to ensure measuring, manufacturing and installation occur at the appropriate stages.

How long do projects usually take?

6

Absolutely. We can work either directly with you or directly with your client, depending on how you prefer to manage the project.

We can assist with site consultations, measuring, fabric and product selections, technical advice, quoting, manufacturing and installation while keeping you informed throughout the process.
